Internal Transfer Information:

A team member must complete an online internal application and inform their current manager of their interest in applying for a new position prior to submitting application.

Same Property Transfer Eligibility Requirements

  • Team member employment status must be full-time, part-time, or on-call.
  • Team member must have completed the introductory period.
  • Team member must have no disciplinary suspensions, last and final disciplinary notices or any written discipline related to customer relations on file for a period of 12 months prior to the transfer application.

Property to Property Transfer Eligibility Requirements

Full-Time Team Members:
  • Team member must have a minimum of nine (9) months of service.
  • Team member is limited to one (1) transfer between properties per year.
  • Team member must have no disciplinary suspensions, last and final disciplinary notices or any written discipline related to customer relations and co-workers on file for a period of twelve (12) months prior to the transfer application.
  • On-call, temporary and seasonal team members are not eligible for transfer.
  • On-call employees must resign from their current property when accepting a position at a different property.
Part-Time Team Members:
  • Team member must have a minimum of two (2) years of service
  • Team member must have worked a minimum of 1,200 hours in the 12-month period preceding the team member’s application for the transfer.
  • Team member is limited to one (1) transfer between properties per year.
  • Team member must have no disciplinary suspensions, last and final disciplinary notices or any written discipline related to customer relations and co-workers on file for a period of twelve (12) months prior to the transfer application.
